This is an honest, 20-minute chat to see if I can actually help you. No bait. No switch. No “limited-time offer if you sign up today.” Just you, me, and a chance to figure out if it makes sense to work together.

By grounding your detox plan in your DNA, we uncover how your body processes toxins, regulates inflammation, responds to stress, and heals. You'll walk away with a Custom DNA Report as well as a clear, research-based Personalized Detox & Recovery Plan that’s as unique as your fingerprint.
Most recovery programs treat everyone the same. This one doesn’t.
Working Together
We start with an initial 60-minute deep-dive so your story is fully understood. At the conclusion of our visit, I will provide clear action steps you can start immediately while we await your DNA results.
Once I receive your results and design your tailored Detox & Recovery Plan, we reconnect in a 60-minute session to address questions, clarify next steps, and keep you moving forward with confidence through Phase 1.
As you near completion of Phase 1 of your recovery plan, we reconvene via Zoom to discuss Phase 2 of your Recovery Plan.
In preparation for your third and final phase of recovery, we meet to discuss Phase 3.
Our 5th and final meeting takes place as you near the end of Phase 3. We will discuss how to maintain your health and what to do in case of unexpected environmental exposures in the future.

Available exclusively to current and former Signature Health and Turning Point clients, Custom Guidance Sessions allow us to:
Adjust supplement dosing or sequencing
Troubleshoot new or returning symptoms
Navigate binder transitions or tolerance challenges
Refine protocols as your nervous system stabilizes
Interpret new labs or emerging patterns
Support travel, stress events, or flare-ups
Ensure you’re transitioning phases at the right time
These sessions are designed to protect and optimize the work we’ve already built together so you don’t have to guess your way forward.
